How fees work
A clear way forward, with pricing you can see in advance
We believe in transparent, honest pricing. Your initial case review is always free. If paid work is appropriate, we agree the scope and the fees with you in writing before anything begins. Because no two fraud cases are the same, fees vary depending on the individual circumstances of each matter.

The ways we can structure fees
During your free review we recommend the structure that best fits your case - and tell you exactly what it covers.
Success-fee basis
Where a case is well-suited to it, a percentage of the amount actually recovered is payable only when funds come back to you. The rate is agreed in writing before work begins.
Fixed or staged fees
Some cases need genuine investigative and legal costs early - blockchain analysis, expert reports, court filings and international cooperation. Here we quote a fixed fee, or split it into stages, so the work can start.
A combination
Many matters use a reduced upfront fee to cover real costs plus a success fee on recovery. We recommend the structure that best fits your case and explain exactly why.
Important to understand
We cannot guarantee any specific recovery amount, outcome or completion date. Banks, platforms, exchanges, authorities and courts make independent decisions that are outside our control. What we do is investigate the transactions and records available to us, trace relevant transfers, and use the resulting evidence to support the recovery process - and we are always honest with you about whether your case is worth pursuing before you commit to any cost.
How our model compares
Upfront-fee-only companies
Some firms demand a large, unexplained upfront payment before doing anything. We never take a fee without first completing a free review and a written proposal you have seen and agreed.
Percentage-only companies
A pure percentage model is not always possible or fair. Depending on the case we may propose a fixed or staged fee instead, always agreed with you before any work starts.
Our approach
A free first review, then transparent written fees tailored to your individual case - with a clear explanation of what they cover and what they do not.
