Overview

What this involves

Cryptocurrency is usually irreversible: once you send funds to a scammer there is no bank to reverse the payment and no chargeback to fall back on. That is exactly why recovery depends on moving quickly to trace the assets on-chain, identify where they surface in the regulated world, and act before they are cashed out. Our cryptocurrency fund recovery service is built around that reality.

We help victims of the most common crypto fraud - fake and cloned trading platforms, "pig butchering" and romance-investment scams, fraudulent token sales and rug pulls, wallet and exchange-account takeovers, address-poisoning and swap-bridge fraud, and theft via malicious contracts or phishing. Each is handled as an outcome-focused recovery case, not just a technical exercise.

Recovery brings together several capabilities: on-chain tracing of your funds, rapid engagement with exchanges and OTC desks to freeze proceeds that reach a KYC-regulated account, evidence assembled to legal standards, and - where it is the right route - civil or coordinated criminal action across the relevant jurisdictions. We manage the whole chain for you and explain, in plain language, what is and is not realistically achievable in your case.

We are honest about the limits. Recovery depends on how fast funds can be located and frozen, whether they touch regulated intermediaries, and where the responsible parties are. We will tell you at the free assessment stage if a case does not look viable, rather than take money from people who have already been defrauded.

Process

How we work, step by step

  1. 1

    Free case assessment

We review your wallet addresses, transaction hashes and correspondence to judge whether the funds can realistically be traced and recovered, and tell you honestly if they cannot.

    Within 48 hours

  2. 2

    On-chain tracing

Our analysts follow your assets across wallets, chains, bridges and mixers to map exactly where the funds moved and where they are most vulnerable to freezing.

    2-6 weeks

  3. 3

    Freeze & identify

Where traced funds reach a KYC-regulated exchange or OTC desk, we coordinate freeze requests and work to identify the account holder and the responsible parties.

    Varies by case

  4. 4

    Recover & restore

We pursue restitution through settlement, exchange cooperation or coordinated legal action, and keep you informed at every stage until funds are returned.

    Ongoing

Typical timeline

  • • First response and preliminary assessment: within 48 hours of case acceptance
  • • Initial on-chain trace: typically 24-72 hours to map the first movements
  • • Full trace and exchange identification: weeks, depending on hops, mixers and bridges used
  • • Freeze requests to regulated exchanges: as fast as possible while funds are still moving
  • • Legal or settlement route: several months on average; timelines vary by jurisdiction and cannot be guaranteed

FAQ

Common questions

Can you guarantee my cryptocurrency will be recovered?

No - and any firm that guarantees a recovery outcome is a red flag. Recovery depends on how quickly funds can be located and frozen, whether they pass through regulated intermediaries, and where the responsible parties are. We give you an honest assessment of viability before you commit any money.

My crypto was stolen - what should I do first?

Stop all contact with the party who took it and do not send "release" or "tax" payments to recover your funds - that is a common second scam. Preserve every wallet address, transaction hash, screenshot and message, then request a free assessment. Speed matters, because funds that have not yet been cashed out are more likely to be recoverable.

Is cryptocurrency really traceable?

Public blockchains such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and most stablecoins record every transaction permanently, so movement of funds can usually be traced. Privacy coins and mixers make it harder, though not always impossible. We assess your specific chain and transaction pattern during the free review.

What if the scammers are overseas?

Most crypto fraud is cross-border. We work with a network of international legal and investigative partners and can pursue the regulated points in the chain - such as a KYC-verified exchange - even where the fraudsters themselves sit in hard-to-reach jurisdictions.

Do I need to know technical details?

No. The most useful things you can give us are the wallet addresses you sent funds to, any transaction IDs, and the platform or contact details. We handle the analysis.

How much does it cost to start?

The initial case assessment is free. If we proceed, fees are scoped to your case and agreed in writing before any work begins. Where a success fee applies it is only payable if funds are actually recovered.
