About this scam
IM Academy is a multi-level marketing organisation that sells forex trading education and signals through a subscription model. Regulators across Europe, including the FCA, CNMV (Spain), and BaFin (Germany), have issued warnings against IM Academy for operating as a pyramid scheme disguised as a trading academy. Members are incentivised to recruit new subscribers, with commissions that far exceed the value of the educational content. Many former members report losing their subscriptions while failing to profit from the trading signals provided.
